but as a consequence of what we've become”

Linus Ananda O'Connell was born on November 3, 2013 in Tazewell, Virginia during a full solar eclipse. I became aware of his existence three days later in response to a dream I had and on December 22, 2013 Linus came home to live with me. In addition to being a beloved pet and companion, Linus is a certified therapy dog with Therapy Dogs International who fulfills the role of co-therapist in my private practice. I recognize that having the incredible gift of Linus in my life has allowed me to heal and expand, both personally and professionally, in ways that I could have never fully anticipated. I am incredibly excited about the adventures that have yet to unfold for us and for everyone else who will have the opportunity to engage with this sweet and soulful being during the coming years. Finnegan Begin Again O'Connell was born on July 4, 2022, in Tazewell, Virginia. He came home with us on October 29, 2022, and has been learning so much so quickly from his big brother, Linus, in preparation for also becoming a certified therapy dog. Finn has already proven himself to be an incredibly magical, gentle, and heartfelt addition to our family and therapeutic practice with his insatiable curiosity and contagious 'Joie de Vivre'. |
