Imprinting continues throughout childhood during one of the most vulnerable and critical stages of development.
What is projected onto us and modelled
for us by our primary caregivers is being informed by their own respective and unresolved imprinting which has been reinforced by centuries of social and cultural conditioning.
Our schemas develop around this
conditioning which informs all of
our beliefs and perceptions about
ourselves, others, and our environment including the unconscious need to control or be controlled in order to feel safe and secure.
The fact that we are the only organisms
on the planet that are aware that our
time in this physical body is finite is what
makes us receptive and vulnerable to
We unconsciously participate in the belief that we must conform to this conditioning in order to ensure our survival.
