“I would not be here today if it wasn’t for BTI Therapy. Traditional therapy would have just taught me how to cope with my feelings every day for the rest of my life without explaining why I was having those feelings or what was causing them. BTI Therapy allowed me to go deeper and understand why I and the people around me act and react the way we do. I no longer take things personally or let fear of the unknown (anxiety) control my life and my decisions. I don’t get mad at people for being who they are anymore because I understand that they are just unconsciously expressing their trauma imprinting which is not a refection of me. In turn; I no longer need to project my trauma imprinting onto the people around me. Because of my continued healing; I get to walk through the world knowing kindness, understanding, compassion, accountability, and patience with myself and others.”
